Bosch Kitchen equipment of four-ring induction hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge/icebox, wash dryer. Also a microwave with grill.

Colour TV with DVD player and Sky Freeview. Music centre.

The Living Room and Wet-room have floor tiling and the Bedroom is carpeted.

The French doors open into a walled landscaped courtyard with stone & brick paver surfaces, and raised flower beds, divided from Straw Barn by a gate and shrubs.

The side garden area, with lawn & trees, is shared with Straw Barn.

Ample parking space by the front door.

Children welcome, but we regret no animals. WiFi available.

Weekly charges in 2012: £345 to £440 inclusive of electricity, logs for woodstove, all linen and seasonal underfloor electric heating.
