Colour TV with DVD player and Sky Freeview. Music centre.

The Living Room and Bathroom have floor tiling and the Bedrooms are carpeted.

The French doors open into a walled landscaped courtyard with stone & brick paver surfaces, and raised flower beds, divided from Hay Barn by a gate and shrubs.

The side garden area, with lawn & trees, is shared with Hay Barn.

Ample parking space by the front door.

Children welcome, but we regret no animals. WiFi available.

Weekly charges in 2012: £415 to £550 inclusive of electricity, logs for woodstove, all linen and seasonal underfloor electric heating.
